Process control: Flambeau Medical achieves process control through adherence to robust tooling standards, rigorous IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and an industry-leading approach to scientific molding (Signature™). Automation further drives our processes to achieve Six Sigma quality levels
Standardization: Flambeau Medical has implemented a comprehensive plant and equipment standardization program – across all Medical locations – to help reduce process variation and improve quality. The Quality Management System further drives standardization of key QMS components such as auditing, CAPA, document control, and Continuous Improvement.
Investment in technology: As a privately held company, Flambeau manages its business for the long-term and has consistently invested in quality-critical technology to improve process stability and quality.
Workforce training & development: Flambeau invests in both salaried and hourly workforce training with a focus on quality to ensure its associates are trained in the latest technology, customer requirements and manufacturing techniques.

We meticulously monitor the molding process through a rigid Statistical Process Control (SPC) system to ensure that every component meets tolerance requirements. Flambeau TEAM is trained in statistical methods and problem solving skills, a process which continues throughout the organization. |
